The Turkey-United States Cultural Exchange Commission, also known as the Fulbright Education Commission of Turkey, was established in 1949 by a bilateral agreement between Turkey and the United States to support educational and cultural exchange programs between Turkish and American university graduates, researchers and scientists. The Commission aims to strengthen mutual understanding and respect between the citizens of the two countries through cultural exchange.          

The Commission offers Master's and Doctoral Scholarships to students and graduates who wish to pursue their graduate studies in the United States. The application deadline for the scholarships, which will be awarded starting in the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, is March 18, 2024.
